When you book or contact us we may collect your name, phone number, email, address/location, and the health information you choose to share so that a clinician can provide care. During a visit, our clinicians record clinical notes as part of your medical record.

We use your information to schedule and deliver care, match you with a suitable clinician, maintain your medical records, process payments, and contact you about your booking. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

We share information only with the treating clinician, accredited diagnostic-lab partners where you request testing, and service providers that help us operate (e.g. payment processors), under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect health and safety.

5. Security & retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data and retain medical records in line with applicable Nigerian medical-records requirements.

6. Your rights
