Doc2Go SeniorCare

Your parents are in Abuja.
You are not.

Doc2Go SeniorCare provides ongoing, coordinated home care for older adults in Abuja — an assigned clinical team, scheduled nurse and physician visits, medication supervision, home laboratory collection, and a written update sent to you after every single visit, wherever in the world you are. It is built for families whose parents live in Nigeria while they do not. Programmes are scoped to the individual and quoted in a written proposal.

One team takes responsibility

Not scattered one-off appointments. One assigned team accountable for day-to-day health.

You hear after every visit

A written summary each time, so you are never waiting or chasing for information.

Problems caught early

Regular monitoring is designed to detect deterioration before it becomes an emergency.

The problem

Care at a distance usually fails the same way

An appointment here, a prescription there, a relative who checks in when they can. Nobody holds the whole picture. Medication runs out or is taken wrongly. Weight drops without anyone noticing. The first real signal that something is wrong is a phone call at three in the morning, and by then it is an emergency.

SeniorCare is structured to remove that pattern: a single team with a written plan, visiting on a schedule, monitoring the things that predict deterioration, and reporting to you every time.

The care team

Who is involved

Composition and visit frequency are set by the programme and your parent's clinical needs.

PhysicianFull assessment, medication optimisation and clinical oversight of the plan.
NurseThe anchor of the programme: vital signs, medication supervision, meal and hydration checks, weight, blood sugar, fall and skin checks, mood.
DietitianA nutrition plan with protein and calorie targets, reassessed as your parent improves.
Home laboratoryBlood collection at home. No clinic queues, no journeys across the city.
PharmacistReviews medication for safety and interactions, handles refills, and sorts doses into simple daily packs.
PhysiotherapistRebuilds strength and balance, and reduces the risk of falls.
Family updates

What you receive after every visit

A written summary by WhatsApp or email, every time a clinician attends. With your parent's consent it includes vital signs, weight trend, food intake, medication adherence, mood and photographs.

Example update

“Ate well today. Blood pressure 128/76. Weight up from 47.8 to 48.2 kg. No falls. Blood sugar 112 mg/dL. Good spirits.”

Illustrative example of the update format, not a real patient record.

Safety & escalation

How problems are caught and acted on

GREENStable. Eating well, vital signs normal. The plan continues unchanged.
YELLOWReduced appetite, weight loss, abnormal blood pressure, poor medication compliance.Physician notified — same-day teleconsultation or visit.
REDConfusion, chest pain, stroke signs, severe dehydration, breathing difficulty.Emergency admission arranged immediately, and you are informed.
Doc2Go is not an emergency service. In a life-threatening emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department. SeniorCare coordinates ambulance transport and hospital admission where needed, and manages care before and after.
Programmes

Scoped to the person, not sold off a shelf

Programmes differ by

  • How often a nurse attends — from weekly to daily
  • Whether medication management is included
  • Whether home laboratory collection is included
  • Dietetic input and supervised meal preparation
  • Physiotherapy for strength, balance and fall prevention
  • Priority access and hospital coordination

Every programme includes

  • An assigned clinical team and a written care plan
  • Physician assessment and medication oversight
  • A written family update after every visit
  • Three-level escalation with same-day physician review
  • Care coordination — you are not managing anything

Programmes are quoted in a written proposal after an initial assessment, because visit frequency and clinical need differ in every case. A minimum term is recommended for continuity, and the fee is reviewed as your parent stabilises.

Paying from abroad

Currencies and documentation

Payment is accepted in NGN, USD, GBP and EUR. Invoices are itemised, and a signed medical report can be issued where you need documentation for an insurer or for family records.

Getting started

How it begins

1

A conversation

Tell us your parent's situation — conditions, medication, mobility, who is currently involved, and what worries you most.

2

Physician home assessment

A doctor attends at home for a full assessment with baseline laboratory samples, and produces a written care plan.

3

A written proposal

You receive the recommended programme, what it includes, and the fee — in writing, before anything starts.

4

Visits and updates begin

The nursing schedule starts and your updates begin arriving after every visit.

Questions

Answered directly

Yes. That is what SeniorCare is built for. An assigned clinical team visits on a schedule, manages medication and monitoring, and sends you a written update after every visit, wherever you are. You do not need to be in Nigeria, and you do not need to coordinate anything yourself.

A written summary after every single visit, sent by WhatsApp or email. It covers vital signs, weight, appetite and food intake, medication adherence, mood and any concerns, with photos where your parent consents. You are not waiting for bad news or chasing anyone for information.

Every programme runs a three-level escalation. Stable findings continue the plan. Early warning signs — reduced appetite, weight loss, abnormal blood pressure, poor medication compliance — trigger same-day physician review. Red flags such as confusion, chest pain, stroke signs or breathing difficulty trigger immediate emergency admission and we coordinate it. You are informed at every stage.

A team rather than one person: a physician for assessment and medication optimisation, a nurse as the regular anchor, and a dietitian, pharmacist, home laboratory service and physiotherapist drawn in as the care plan requires. Composition and visit frequency are set by the programme and your parent's needs.

Programmes are scoped to the individual and quoted in a written proposal, because visit frequency, clinical needs and level of support differ in every case. No retainer pricing is published. Payment is accepted in NGN, USD, GBP and EUR.

No. Doc2Go provides scheduled and urgent non-emergency care. In a life-threatening emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department. SeniorCare coordinates ambulance transport and hospital admission where it is needed, and manages care before and after.

Tell us about your parent. We will assess, put a written plan in front of you, and take it from there — so you are not managing this from another country.
